This workshop lets you look at your life using the different genres used in stories (comedy, tragedy, etc.) and offers you tools to find hope and a positive perspective for whatever may be part of your story.

This workshop is for those going through change and loss due to any circumstance, i.e. death, divorce, illness, aging, moving, or job change.

November, 2017 – Grief Stories – A Group for Support & Education

The death of a loved one brings many changes. This group will look at how grief is experienced as individuals and in the family, as well as healthy and unhealthy ways of coping, how to know when more help is needed, and how to move forward after loss.
